Our Napa Cabbage Kimchi is the most traditional and classic form of kimchi, with a slightly softer texture and balanced flavor that pairs well with a variety of dishes and great for cooking into different dishes.
Radish Kimchi (also called Kkakdugi) is crunchier and bolder in flavor, offering a spicier kick and a more robust texture and works great as side dishes.
Both are fermented for gut health but provide different taste and texture experiences.
Our kimchi is flavorful but not overly spicy. We craft our kimchi to offer a well-balanced spice level that allows the natural flavors to shine through without overwhelming your palate.
